This time it was fish, veggies, and pasta, the fish fillets turned into a delectable main course with a special secret mayonnaise and mustard topping, the pasta shells made uber tasty with Parmesan cheese from a local Italian specialty store, The Sausage Kitchen, spinach, Bulgarian feta, and fresh basil and oregano from her spring herb garden.
The meal was garnished with homemade coleslaw and a taste of Sicilian pasta fagioli and asparagus patties provided by the Italian matriarch of a family friend.
